Details you provide
The enquiry form asks for your full name, email address, telephone number and residence of interest. The form does not submit these to a form database or save them in browser storage. They remain in the current page until it is closed or reloaded.
When you select “Open WhatsApp”, those details are passed to WhatsApp in a prepared message. You must press Send in WhatsApp before the message is delivered to AKC Group. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy.
How we use enquiries
When you send us an enquiry by WhatsApp or email, we use the information to respond, discuss the residence and arrange viewings. Depending on your request, this is necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request or for our legitimate interest in handling property enquiries. It is not an automatic subscription to marketing.
Services and retention
Messages are processed through the communication services you choose. These providers may process information outside the UK under their own arrangements. Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes; relevant tenancy records are handled separately.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@akc.group to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Maps and technical information
Squarespace hosts this website and may process connection information, including IP address, browser and device information, to deliver and secure the site. Locally hosted maps and external directions links are described in the cookie notice. The website does not store the contact details entered in the WhatsApp enquiry form in a Squarespace form database.
